Within these web pages is enough information about Modern Satanism to propel you into this Millennium. It is time everyone started thinking for themselves and start questioning those things which don't seem right! I am sure you would like to bring yourself out of the stone ages and barbaric ways of thinking. Are you still believing in fairy tales and old wives tales? If so, lets get rid of those. Put aside your preconceived notions and all of those "evil" misconceptions we have all heard a thousand times, and read this site. If I may, I'd like to share a quote from a World Renown Religious Leader... "Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything simply on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find anything that agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it." ~ Buddha ~ I have been a Satanist for years and with this website I am attempting to bring you a level headed and up to date explanation of Modern Satanism and it's beliefs. From time to time my opinions might become biased, so please bear with me. I have written this site as an information tool and by no means intend to bash anyone else's religion outright and be known for slander. I know there are a lot of Satanists who insist on insulting other Satanists and pointing out their flaws, or riding the coat tails of the late Dr. LaVey in an attempt to make a name for them self, but I assure you, I am not one of them. I agree with and support Religious Tolerance! I was raised this way by my Mother and will continue to stand for it until my demise. I may not agree with what you believe in, and I don't expect you to agree with everything I believe in. I am a Soldier in the United States ARMY, and I will defend your right to believe what ever you want to until I die. Respect for others beliefs is something I have, and wish to promote. I feel respect is something many people lack, and in this lack of respect they trample on anyone else who doesn't share their same belief system. Please be respectful towards me and my beliefs within this website. It amazes me how people, I won't mention names, tend to think their beliefs are the truth and everyone and everything else is simply wrong. This is both completely rude and arrogant. According to them, If you don't believe in their god and believe in their rules you're going to hell. They throw out the First Amendment completely when it comes to other people and their beliefs. Get close to their rights and they are screaming right to their priest and local representatives. It's such a huge double standard that's clearly being ignored. Anyway, enough rambling on about them. I hope this site shows you that Satanists, and most forms of Satanism in general is not a Hate Belief System. We are capable of having and showing Intelligence, Compassion, and Tolerance. I am not saying that Satanism is for everyone. Each and every one is unique and possess special needs. No single belief system can be bent and molded to fit everyone. And everyone can not be bent and molded to fit ONE belief system. You have a brain and the ability to determine what feels right to you, or what feels coached... If something feels wrong, or awkward, then perhaps it isn't for you. Find something that completes you, whatever it may be. I should remind you that I'm one individual with one voice and I speak for myself, my perception, and my beliefs... this website does not accurately reflect the beliefs of all Satanists everywhere. Satanists do not harm animals in any capacity. We do not harm children in any capacity. For the most part, every Satanist I know is a law abiding citizen and does NOT have a criminal record. There are always bad apples in every walk of life, we're not exempt. I would like for you to close this site thinking you have learned something today. If not something about Modern Satanism, then something about yourself. Perhaps this something is, no matter how different we all are, we all have some similarities. We all want to be happy, and lead an honest life. Sincerely,
